- Communication with law firms, healthcare providers, and other authorized parties regarding medical liens
- Document management and storage related to lien cases
- Reporting and analytics for authorized business operations
- Administrative functions necessary to manage your account and organization
You may only access and use the Services in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and this Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Services through your account or organization comply with this Policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. You agree NOT to:

- Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations
- Violate HIPAA, HITECH, or other healthcare privacy laws

- Facilitate money laundering or financial crimes

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
- Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization
- Deploy malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks

- Access or use data beyond your authorization level
- Share, sell, or disclose confidential information without authorization

- Export or transfer data in violation of applicable laws
- Retain data beyond authorized retention periods

- Create false, misleading, or impersonating accounts

đ Security Requirements
You are required to maintain appropriate security practices, including:
Account Security
- Strong Passwords: Use complex, unique passwords that meet our minimum requirements
- Multi-Factor Authentication: Enable and use MFA when available and required
- Credential Protection: Never share, write down, or store passwords insecurely
- Session Management: Log out when finished and never leave sessions unattended
- Prompt Reporting: Report lost, stolen, or compromised credentials immediately
Device Security
- Use only authorized and secure devices to access Services
- Maintain current operating system and security updates
- Use reputable antivirus/anti-malware software
- Encrypt storage devices containing sensitive data
- Use secure, private network connections (avoid public WiFi for sensitive operations)
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials. LegalLogix is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate security.

Your Responsibilities
- Accuracy: Ensure all data you enter is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
- Authorization: Only upload data you are authorized to process and store
- Compliance: Ensure your use of data complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Backup: Maintain your own backups of critical data as appropriate
- Classification: Properly classify and handle sensitive and confidential information
Content Standards
All content uploaded or transmitted through our Services must:
- Be lawful and not violate any third-party rights
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Be relevant to legitimate business purposes
- Not contain malicious code or harmful content

The LegalLogix platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, code, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of StaxxLogix or its licensors.
Restrictions

- You may not create derivative works based on our Services
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Services. By uploading content, you grant LegalLogix a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

LegalLogix reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor use of the Services for compliance with this Policy. We may:

- Remove or disable access to content that violates this Policy
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy

Audit Rights: We reserve the right to audit your use of the Services to verify compliance with this Policy and applicable agreements. You agree to cooperate with reasonable audit requests.

Violations of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at LegalLogix's sole discretion:
- Warning: Written notice of the violation and requirement to cease the prohibited activity
- Temporary Suspension: Immediate suspension of access pending investigation
- Permanent Termination: Termination of your account and access to all Services
- Data Preservation: Preservation of data for legal proceedings or law enforcement
- Legal Action: Civil litigation to recover damages, costs, and attorneys' fees
- Criminal Referral: Referral to law enforcement for criminal prosecution
No Refunds: If your access is terminated due to Policy violations, you are not entitled to any refund of fees paid. You may also be liable for damages, including consequential damages, resulting from your violations.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. LegalLogix EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LegalLogix SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR VIOLATIONS OF THIS POLICY, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LegalLogix, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your violation of this Policy
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your negligent or wrongful conduct
- Any content you upload or transmit through the Services

LegalLogix reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through one or more of the following methods:
- Email notification to the address associated with your account
- Prominent notice on the LegalLogix platform
- Updated "Last Updated" date on this Policy
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Services.
Acceptance of This Policy
By accessing or using the LegalLogix Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Acceptable Use Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Policy.
